This movie is yet another shining example as to why you shouldn't listen to the critics. They said it was horrible, that the story line had already been used before. Well, what hasn't? Not much, and its the movies that take the story line and do something grand with it that are great. Fool's Gold does just that, it does what all the other aquatic treasure seeking movie couldn't do. The movie keeps you into the story line and a smile on your face throughout. It has its action there as well. Not to mention it just being a good movie, but an excellent date movie. Something you can laugh and chat about afterwords over dinner perhaps, or just on the drive home. Definitely go out and watch this one.
